We don't quote a flat hourly rate because it punishes efficient cleaning. Yes. That's the whole point. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products with no harsh fumes. Kids and pets can stay in the home during and after the clean. If anyone in your household has specific allergies or sensitivities, tell us during the quote — we'll adjust the product list.
A standard recurring clean covers: dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, full kitchen sanitization (counters, sinks, exterior of appliances, stovetop), full bathroom sanitization (toilet, tub, sink, mirrors, floor), and bedroom tidying including bed-making. Deep cleans add baseboards, light fixtures, interior windows, inside appliances, and door frames.
Yes — all products, cloths, vacuums, mops, and equipment. If you'd prefer we use your products (some clients do, especially with specific surfaces), we're happy to. Just let us know during the quote.
Walk through your home within 24 hours of our visit. If any area isn't to your standard, send us a message — text, email, or call. We come back and re-clean that area at no additional cost. No questions, no hassle, no upsell.
