Rough clean (mid-construction)
Sweep-out and bulk-debris removal between trades. Drywall scrap, packaging, leftover lumber, screws, cardboard. Not the finishing detail clean — just clearing the site so the next trade can work cleanly.
Post-construction cleaning
The drywall dust is everywhere. The window tracks are full of caulking residue. The new floors look hazy. The trades did a "broom clean" and called it. That's where we come in. HEPA-grade vacuums, non-toxic products, three-pass detailing. Licensed, bonded, fully insured.
Most jobs use stages two and three; large builds use all three.

The one most projects need. Three full passes through every room: dust top-to-bottom, wet-clean every surface, polish glass, clean inside cabinets and drawers, scrub bathrooms and kitchens, vacuum and mop floors, remove construction stickers and labels. The space becomes presentable.
Final polish right before the client takes possession or the showing happens. Smudges, footprints, fingerprints, and any settled dust from final trade visits. Often paired with a window-cleaning or floor-polish pass.
We're a small, licensed and fully insured Winnipeg crew based out of 273 Tache Ave, run by Elroy Smith. Two to five people on rotation. No franchise model. No subcontractors. Same crew every job, which matters more on construction sites than residential.
The non-toxic chemistry isn't a marketing line — it's because new homes shouldn't smell like chemical solvents the day someone takes possession. We use HEPA-grade vacuums for the fine drywall and gypsum dust that regular vacuums recirculate. We carry PPE for any site that needs it.
The 24-hour re-clean guarantee exists because post-construction is messy in ways even a careful crew can't fully predict — there's always one window track, one closet shelf, one paint spec we missed. Tell us within 24 hours. We come back. We fix it. No charge.
We meet at the project — usually a 20-30 minute walk-through with you or the project manager. We note square footage, stage, finish quality, special items, and timeline. No charge.
Quote within 24 hours, with a clear breakdown of which passes (rough / final / touch-up) and how long. We schedule around your handover date, not ours.
Crew arrives with HEPA vacuums, eco-friendly products, microfiber, ladders, PPE. Walk-through with you or your client. Anything missed? We come back at no charge before handover.
Every new-build and reno zone inside Winnipeg city limits.
If your project is inside Winnipeg, we'll come to you.
Depends on square footage, finish complexity, and how many passes you need (rough, final, touch-up, or all three). A 1,500 sq ft renovation final-clean is not the same job as a 4,000 sq ft new-build with three passes. Book a free 20-minute site visit. You'll have a written quote within 24 hours.
Full dust pass on every horizontal and vertical surface (top-down from lights, vents, ceiling fans, shelving, frames, baseboards, window tracks), wet wipe every surface, polish every glass surface, clean inside every cabinet and drawer, full kitchen + bathroom detail, label and sticker removal, HEPA vacuum and mop every floor, final walk-through.
Yes — every job. Drywall dust, gypsum, and concrete dust are fine enough that a standard vacuum recirculates them through the filter. HEPA filtration captures the fine particulate so the dust doesn't end up back on the surfaces we just cleaned.
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We'll send a Certificate of Insurance directly to the general contractor, project manager, or property owner on request. Most active sites need one for access; we keep ours current.
Depends on size. A 1,500 sq ft final clean is usually 1 crew × 1 day. A 4,000 sq ft new-build with three passes is 2-3 crew × 2-3 days. Tell us your handover or possession date during the quote and we'll work backwards from it.
Yes — kitchen renos, basement finishes, additions, and bathroom remodels are some of our most common jobs. We protect the rest of the home during the clean so dust doesn't migrate.
Yes. About half our jobs overlap with final trades (paint touch-ups, trim install, final electrical). We schedule our passes around them so we're not undoing each other's work.
The new owner walks in. The space smells like nothing. Every surface looks ready.
